OUR VILLAS

​

The villas, six in all, are arranged in a horseshoe shape and are immersed in the greenery of a luxuriant Mediterranean garden of about 5,000 square meters. They are located in a strategic position, just 150 meters from the seashore and less than a kilometer from the town.

Each villa is a three-room apartment of about 70 square meters, and with independent access. It consists of a large living room with built-in kitchen and double sofa bed, a double bedroom, a small bedroom with bunk beds and a bathroom with bidet and shower. It can accommodate up to six people.

In two of the six villas, the living room has been resized to create a second double bedroom. Also this version of the accommodation, more suitable for two couples, has a bedroom with a bunk bed and can therefore accommodate a maximum of six people. The external floo-plan is identical for all the villas.

Around each villa there are large covered verandas equipped with comfortable outdoor furniture, where you can have meals, work or just relax, enjoying the garden's flavours and the fresh sea breeze. From the rooftop terrace you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the Calamoni coastline and Mount Santa Caterina.

Each accommodation has all the necessary equipment, LCD TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, fresh water at will, large outdoor spaces for parking cars and scooters, as well as shaded spaces where you can keep bicycles.
